Two Years After My 75JOY Reset:
Two years ago, I closed the doors of my studio. It wasn’t just a business decision, it was a full-body call for reinvention. After years of holding space for others, balancing motherhood, and pushing through the endless hum of hustle culture, I knew something had to shift. I didn’t want to power through another day. I wanted to feel soft, free, and present again.
That’s when I created 75JOY.
I didn’t know it would become a cornerstone of my life and work. I just knew I needed something gentle but potent. Something that would reset my nervous system without the pressure of yet another performance-based program. 75JOY was my personal experiment in choosing small daily joy over big dramatic transformation. Spoiler alert: the big transformation happened anyway.
It started simply.
Intentional movement, clean nourishment, time in nature, less screens and devices, more presence with my children and zero self-interrogation. The parameters were flexible, but the commitment was real: 75 days of joyful, embodied living.
What surprised me most wasn’t how effective it was (although, honestly - it really is). It was how fast the body remembers safety. Within days, I could feel my nervous system recalibrating. I was sleeping better. My body softened.
But let’s be honest: joy isn’t always comfortable.
There was emotional discomfort as well - the kind that surfaces when you slow down.
Old stories came up. Grief. Guilt. Identity shifts. It wasn’t always easy to meet those parts of myself with grace, but 75JOY gave me a container to do it. And that changed everything.
The biggest result?
More time, more freedom, and a soft life.
Not a soft life in the performative, pastel Pinterest way. A real soft life: one that’s rich with boundaries, built for longevity, and grounded in peacefulness. A life that leaves space for creativity, connection, and rest. A life where I no longer compromise myself in the name of being useful.
75JOY isn’t just a one-time reset. It can truly become a philosophy for your lifestyle. Evoking the sensation that joy is everywhere.

The 75JOY program is as challenging as you need it to be, it’s flexible and open-ended so you can tailor it to your needs (for example if you’re already doing some of the components you can add to your current schedule), The main components are:
Walking - 30 mins
Meditation - 10 mins
Movement - 10 mins
Mindfulness - 10 mins
Gratitude - 5 mins
Hydration - Daily
Sleep - Consistently
