Aerial Movement combines acrobatic arts, fitness, pilates and yoga. More than just β€œAerial Yoga”, we offer a suspension movement system with therapeutic value ~ use of the Aerial hammocks to support the body can ease pressure, create space in the joints, decrease spinal compression and create joy in body and mind.

The Aerial Project ~ Late Night Edition

For the remaining months of 2022 we are offering a series of Aerial Movement workshops; each with a specific focus, to deep dive into the applications of the modality.

This event is an immersive experience in the aerial hammocks as the dusk settles into the weekend.

Expect deep stretches, great tunes and a good rest.

SUITABLE FOR: All Levels. No prior Aerial movement experience is necessary to attend this event.

WHAT TO BRING: a water bottle and some layered clothing. A pair of socks. No zippers or jewellery are worn in hammock silks.
