PreNatal Movement is a great way to maintain mobility, improve sleep patterns and reduce stress. We recommend once to twice per week to increase strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth and beyond. Our AERIAL PreNatal Classes have contributed to mamas reporting a reduction in lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath.

AT MOVEMENT HALO we offer Aerial PreNatal Classes:

Classes are designed for pregnancy; Prenatal classes can help support mamas-to-be emotionally and physically. With an emphasis on breathing, stamina, pelvic floor work, restorative poses, and strengthening.

Aerial PreNatal has the added benefit of weightless support, thus helping with pain relief. Resting in the hammock at the end of each class promotes deep renewal. Our classes are a mix of Aerial & Floor and are listed on the timetable simply as β€œPreNatal”.

Suitable for 2nd and 3rd Trimester. Suitable for All Levels.

Mindful Mamas & Yogi Babes is a movement class for mothers to create space from the hectic and relentless schedule of mamahood.

Post Natal Movement can support the rebuilding of abdominal strength & stability, improve posture, aid healing of pelvic separation & instability, all within a safe environment with other mothers. This class includes strengthening, stretching & mindfulness.

Movement Halo is a space to spend time unwinding and cocooning with baby. This class can also be a joyous session for other guardians of babies.

We offer Aerial FOR PARENTS - JOIN OUR PRE+POST NATAL AERIAL CLASSES

Suitable for all babies approximately 5wks to 14months. All disruptful wildlings welcome.

What to Bring: regular travel bag for baby, a toy or comforter. Baby wearing & capsules welcome. Pram parking only on ground floor (stairs to Level 1). Kitchen facilities available, including microwave.

All Props Supplied. Suitable for All Levels. All parents, mamas, dads & guardians welcome.
