Yin - Yin involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. This practice is designed to target connective tissue around the joints (namely the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). Yin is a Taoist term - and Yin practice analyzing various yoga techniques from the perspective of yin and yang, the most relevant aspect is the elasticity of the tissues involved. Yang tissues like muscles are more fluid-filled, soft, and elastic; yin tissues like connective tissue (ligaments, tendons, and fascia) and bones are drier, harder, and stiffer. Yin practice hydrates these areas through postures, breath and sequencing. Suitable for All Levels.

Kundalini - Expect a blend of spiritual and physical practices. Kundalini sessions can include: movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. The intention of Kundalini practice is to awaken students and practitioners to the power of internal energy, the techniques are used as a tool to achieve a life full of lightness, joy, and boundless love. No prior experience necessary. Suitable for All Levels.

Alignment Beginners - Our Alignment classes focus on static postures and longer holds. These sessions aim to develop mindful awareness in every asana, as well as in the breath. This is a great class for students who are looking for a well-rounded practice. This class is a foundational class. No prior experience necessary. Suitable for All Levels.

Alignment Intermediate - This level 2 class is for practitioners who are ready to progressively deepen their practice. Alignment Intermediate also focuses on posture series and longer holds. This class is designed to relieve stress, balance circulation, digestive and nervous system, and reshape muscles, tendons and posture. Suitable for Intermediate Level practitioners.
