What is Acuity Scheduling?
Acuity Scheduling is our current booking system for classes, appointments, trainings and workshops
How do I book classes?
You can book classes via the timetable page on our website or on the Acuity Scheduling app.
Where can I find the app?
Find ACUITY SCHEDULING in the App Store or Playstore
How do I find Movement Halo on the app?
Once you have downloaded the Acuity Scheduling app to your phone or tablet press the + symbol.
To add Movement Halo enter in our URL: movementhalo.as.me
Do I need to make a new profile?
If you’re an existing client with Movement Halo we have your details in Acuity. Simply create a new password with your existing email account.
If you have used Acuity for other businesses such as massage, complimentary therapies or other appointments then Acuity Scheduling will have your details already, including a password ~ if you made one.
If you are a new client to Movement Halo simply add your details.
I still have active ClassPasses. Where are my passes now?
We have added your class passes to your account with Acuity Scheduling ~ Just ensure you are using the same email address as usual.
GO TO the PACKAGES icon at the bottom menu. Make sure you do this before going to our business timetable.
Under PACKAGES you will see a REDEEM button. Follow the prompts from there.
If you are unable to find your passes or for further troubleshooting please contact us.
I can’t SEE my passes to book, what do I need to do?
All clients with active ClassPasses will receive an email with visual instructions that they can use when signing up for a class.
In your Acuity Scheduling app ~ GO TO the PACKAGES icon at the bottom menu. Make sure you do this before going to our business timetable.
Under PACKAGES you will see a REDEEM button. Follow the prompts from there.
If you haven’t received your email and you cant follow the details above please contact us.
Why is there a remaining Time displaying on my classpass
Acuity shows the duration of the classes. We offer packages with the total duration of 225 minutes (3 classes), 375 minutes (5 classes) and 750 minutes (10 classes).
Since we have classes for 45 minutes, 60 minutes and 75 minutes, we adjusted the total time from 60 minutes each class to 75 minutes in order for the clients not to be short in time should they book a 75 minute class.
how can i book using a web browser
GO TO https://movementhalo.as.me > click CODE and enter your email address >> click Apply and it will show the classes that you can book with your remaining Class Passes.
Click the Class under Category >> Select a class >> Select an Instructor >> Choose a date and click continue.
Fill out the form >> under ClassPasses, select your CLASS PASS >> check box “I have read and agree to the terms above”. >> Click Complete Appointment.
I BOUGHT A GIFT CERTIFICATE VOUCHER, WHERE CAN I FIND IT?
You can find the Gift Certificate Voucher in your Acuity App under Certificates.
CAN I SYNC MY BOOKINGS WITH MY CALENDAR?
Yes. Scheduling can sync with Google, iCloud, and online Outlook calendars.
